Overall, the educators are great, caring people. However, after being there for almost 4 years, with 2 kids, i notice that the staff turnover is EXTREMELY HIGH - maybe because of the location (not close to the station?) It was upsetting as often the kids would get close to the carers, and they would leave. The centre also seems to be a bit forgotten/left behind. Some issues take way too long to be fixed (not sure if this is a decision made by the head office, or if the person in charge of the centre does not act on the issues quick enough). The buzzer that let us into the centre was broken for MONTHS, and nothing was done about it. In summary, the carers are good, however, on a management level, FG Hammondville is lacking.
